This is the story of my life told through food, aka a chubby boy’s journey in search of the perfect bowl of noodles… I hope I never find it.
I am by no means a “professional chef”. I did go to culinary school and got chewed out every day at a high end restaurant in NYC, but I had no talent or noteworthy ability. I am much more passionate and confident about eating food than I am making it.
